Traffic Company is for more than 12 years a strong and known brand in the online industry, because of our fast growth, we are looking for new talented people for our marketing/sales department. We are looking for an Online marketeer with the potential to grow within the company. We are willing to invest in new talent and that’s the reason that experience isn’t mandatory. We are looking for a person who is ambitious and who has a pro active attitude. We believe that this is enough to create an online specialist.

The current team is eager to help and welcome new talent on board. Our office is based in Leeuwarden (Netherlands). Your day will start by checking stats and results of the previous day(s), your partners in China already started their day while your partners from south America will be online around later in the afternoon. Together with the marketing team you will check how we can improve and optimize these results. Hopefully you are full of energy and have nice creative ideas in order to improve the business. It’s important you are able to multitask, because it can be dynamic and no two days are alike. In order to get a better relationship with your partners and a better understanding of the market we visit several events around the world. It’s important you are able to represent Traffic Company in the best way, so you need to be comfortable to meet and recruit new partners face to face or during Microsoft Teams calls.

You will manage a customer portfolio which will be based around the world. It’s your goal to acquire new partners, maintain and scale up current partners and we will make sure you will get the skillset that’s needed to do the job!

Who are we looking for?

• 0-2 years of experience in online marketing / sales
• Commercial attitude
• A strong (online) personality
• Outstanding social/communication skills
• Dutch/English is required and preferable 1 other language
• A strong analytical person
• Flexibel, independent and initiative
• Interest for online marketing and/or affiliate marketing
• Knowledge of CPA/CPM/CPC/CPL business models
• You like a drink, play poker and play tabletennis 😉
