When can you create a free business profile?
A company profile is (and will remain) free for all Frisian employers. You can also make use of all our platform’s features free of charge, such as the job board, the open application function, the user-friendly ‘cup of coffee’ button, and Google Jobs indexing of your company profile and job vacancies. This means you can start benefiting from much better online visibility within just a few minutes.
Even better, with a business profile you automatically benefit from the campaigns that WRK.frl/ runs to promote Friesland as a place to live and work.
To take part in WRK.frl/, employers must comply with a number of rules.
- Registration requirements: As an employer, you must be Frisian and have a location in Friesland, you must register at WRK.frl/ and agree that the information on your company profile and job vacancies will be publicly visible.
- Company profile: employers are responsible for the quality of their company profile and must keep it up to date. WRK.frl/ is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.
- Job listings: employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the job information. WRK.frl/ accepts no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.
- Responding to job applications: employers must respond to candidates’ applications themselves within a reasonable period (normally within two weeks). If companies decide not to respond, they must also inform the candidate of this within this timeframe.
- Responding to enquiries via the ‘cup of coffee’ button: employers must respond to candidates’ enquiries within a reasonable timeframe (normally within two weeks). If employers decide not to respond, they must also inform the candidate of this within the same timeframe.
- Unsolicited applications: employers are not obliged to accept unsolicited applications, but they are encouraged to consider and respond to them. It is the company’s responsibility to respond to unsolicited applications and to inform candidates of the status of their application. Companies must respond to candidates’ unsolicited applications within a reasonable timeframe (normally within two weeks).
- Privacy: employers must comply with data protection legislation and ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data they collect from candidates who apply for jobs or make contact via WRK.frl/.
- Acceptance of terms and conditions: by registering and using the services of WRK.frl/, the employer accepts the terms and conditions and thereby agrees to the rules and procedures of WRK.frl/.
