The ZENZ Care Group comprises: Aardema Home Care, INNEZ and Netwerkpsychologen. Windkracht058 also makes use of our support services.
The ZENZ Care Group manages all the supporting administrative aspects of care (for INNEZ, Aardema Home Care and Netwerkpsychologen), such as finance, quality, communication and staffing. This allows the organisations within our care group to focus entirely on what they do best.
Aardema Home Care
At Aardema Home Care, we are committed every day to promoting and maintaining our clients’ independence. We provide nursing and care services, both at home and on-site, in various forms:
- Community nursing
- Dementia case management
- Palliative care
- Domestic care
- Day care
We have a wide network of partners with whom we can focus on more complex care needs.
INNEZ
INNEZ offers specialist support to young people and adults with specific needs. With a team of professionals, each with their own expertise and experience, we work towards recovery. Below are a number of examples of situations where we can offer support.
- Individual specialist youth support
- Family and systemic youth support
- Forensic care (support under special conditions)
- Mental health vulnerabilities (including depressive, anxiety or personality disorders)
- Developmental disorders: ASD and AD(H)D

Netwerkpsychologen
Netwerkpsychologen is a psychology practice for children, young people and adults with branches in Leeuwarden and Harlingen.
With a network of experts and a wide range of treatments, we can focus on individual concerns and needs. We apply the latest insights in our work. Together, we work towards building a stronger foundation, so that everyone feels more confident and more at ease with themselves.
