Van Heck operates internationally in the field of water management and water transfer, specialising in large volumes and high pressures. With its extensive rental fleet, Van Heck is active in dredging and offshore wind projects. In addition, Van Heck supplies pumping systems for sewer renovations, cooling water systems and major infrastructure projects. Every project is bespoke to meet the specific requirements of the client.

History
The idea, as simple as it was sound, was quickly conceived in 1964; sometimes there is no alternative and water simply has to be pumped. Diesel engines were available. Pumps existed too. However, the seamless integration of the two was another matter entirely.

Developments
Through carefully considered designs and modifications, Van Heck has developed pumping systems that deliver the required results in every field of application and under the most challenging conditions. The dredging industry quickly recognised this, enabling Van Heck to grow into an internationally recognised and innovative company in the field of water management.

The Van Heck Group is now almost 60 years old and has been wholly owned by entrepreneur Herman van Dijk since July 2022.
