Traffic Company has been a strong and well-known brand in the online industry for over 12 years. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for talented new recruits for our marketing and sales department. We are looking for an Online Marketer with the potential to grow within the company. We are keen to invest in new talent, which is why experience is not essential. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and has a proactive attitude. We believe this is enough to develop an online specialist.
The current team is keen to help and welcome new talent on board. Our office is based in Leeuwarden (Netherlands). Your day will start by checking the stats and results from the previous day(s); your partners in China will already have started their day, whilst your partners from South America will come online later in the afternoon. Together with the marketing team, you will assess how we can improve and optimise these results. We hope you are full of energy and have creative ideas to help grow the business. It is important that you are able to multitask, as the role can be dynamic and no two days are the same. To build stronger relationships with your partners and gain a better understanding of the market, we attend various events around the world. It’s important that you can represent Traffic Company in the best possible way, so you need to be comfortable meeting and recruiting new partners in person or via Microsoft Teams calls.
You will manage a customer portfolio based around the world. Your goal is to acquire new partners, maintain and scale up existing partnerships, and we will ensure you acquire the skills needed to do the job!
Who are we looking for?
- 0–2 years’ experience in online marketing/sales
- Commercial mindset
- A strong (online) presence
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Dutch/English is required and knowledge of one other language is desirable
- A strong analytical mind
- Flexible, independent and proactive
- Interest in online marketing and/or affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of CPA/CPM/CPC/CPL business models
- You enjoy a drink, play poker and play table tennis 😉
