Schreiber Butchers is a true family business and has grown into a highly regarded and modern butcher’s shop in Ferwert and the surrounding area. The art of butchery has been in the Schreiber family for generations. First in Ee and, since 1977, in Ferwert.
Our team is deeply passionate about the butcher’s trade. In our butcher’s shop, a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic team ensures that you can choose from our wide range of ‘quality meat’ and many ‘specialities’ every day.
However varied that range may be, there are common threads. Because whether it’s a few ounces of cold cuts or a full buffet service for a party, ‘artisanal’, ‘pure’ and ‘fresh’ are our top priorities when creating our products. That is why, in our abattoir, we slaughter livestock from our own pastures. Because only then can we guarantee a thoroughly natural product.
At our company, we hold ‘craftsmanship and quality’ in the highest regard. If you want to practise the butchery trade in its entirety, you’ve come to the right place!
