A company where the doors literally never close. Landman Cleaning Services, which has been operating in the cleaning sector for over fifty years, never says no, operates in an open-door culture and is available 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency. “Staff can simply pop in to see us,” says Afke Brink-Landman, director of the cleaning company.
Landman Cleaning Services is a close-knit family business, founded by Landman senior and taken over by Afke in 2005. What began as a one-man business has grown into a company employing over 150 part-time staff and around 25 full-time employees who go to work every day.
According to Afke, the core of the business has remained unchanged. “We have a no-nonsense culture here. We roll up our sleeves and adopt a problem-solving attitude. We never say no. We start work every day with motivation. Customer-friendliness and drive, together with a service-oriented attitude, are key values of our company.”
