Since 2012, Rollema Vastgoed has been active in various sectors, including property letting, meeting and conference facilities, and the operation of catering establishments. We are also proud to be committed to the preservation of cultural heritage, such as the historic Koepelkerk in Leeuwarden.
Rollema Vastgoed is a true family business, with the whole family working hard every day from our own office. We believe in long-term partnerships — both with our staff and with our tenants. Personal contact, short lines of communication and the ability to adapt quickly are central to the way we work.
We combine commitment with a forward-looking vision in which safety, sustainability, hospitality and innovation are key.
Our focus is on property in the north of the Netherlands, particularly in Friesland. We specialise in multi-tenant buildings: properties with multiple tenants and shared facilities such as meeting rooms and flexible workspaces.

• Crystalic in Leeuwarden (80+ tenants, flexible workspaces, meeting rooms and catering facilities)
• Emmastate in Leeuwarden (a beautiful listed building where living and working come together)
• Werkhaven Westenstein in Kollum (former town hall comprising the listed building ‘Villa Westenstein’ and the 2003 extension)
At Crystalic Business Park, you will find, among other things, the café Koffie & Lunch, where coffee and fresh sandwiches are prepared with passion every day for tenants and visitors.
