De Zwarte Haan enjoys a unique location at the foot of the Wadden Sea dyke, surrounded by nature, peace and space. The restaurant is housed in a historic farmhouse.
We founded De Zwarte Haan out of a passion for real food – for fresh, healthy and authentic cuisine. At De Zwarte Haan, we use only the freshest ingredients: fresh eggs straight from the farm, organic tomatoes, fresh fish and free-range beef. We strive to make every dish an original expression of our passion for food and life.
We would like others to enjoy our culinary cuisine and hospitality. Our chefs work every day with fresh, mostly organic produce from the region and Fair Trade products from all over the world.
