What we expect from you:

• Commitment, creativity and input. We’ve got to do this together!
• Flexibility, varying hours and days.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dedication: you want to know and learn everything, and work with us to take the restaurant to the next level.
• Experience is an advantage.
• In possession of a food hygiene certificate (or willing to obtain one).
