We have been supporting pupils in primary and secondary education (VMBO, MBO, HAVO, VWO, Gymnasium) and students in higher education for over 30 years. We offer personalised and attentive support, which is highly valued by our clients. Our approach is professional, practical and, above all, confidential. We offer a range of options, tailored to the individual needs of pupils. Tutoring can take place in person or online, individually or in groups, at fixed or flexible times. What will you be doing with us as a former teacher, teacher (all subjects) or tutor (all subjects): you will provide direct support to students with planning and learning, always on a one-to-one basis, and you will check their coursework and assignments. You’ll do this as part of a small, friendly and well-organised team. We’ll plan your working hours each week in consultation with you, so it’s very flexible. You (!) will make a real difference to our students’ academic and personal lives. How rewarding is that!
As a ‘senior’ teacher, a teacher aged 55 or over, or a student at a university of applied sciences, you can make a valuable contribution to our pupils by:
- Improving academic performance: Some children struggle with certain subjects and could benefit from extra help to improve their grades.
- Providing individual attention: In a classroom, children often do not receive the individual attention they need. Homework support offers one-to-one assistance.
- You provide structure and discipline: Homework support helps children develop a regular study routine, which can improve their discipline and time management skills.
- You boost their self-confidence: By experiencing success and gaining a better understanding of difficult topics, children’s self-confidence can increase significantly.
- You help reduce stress: Parents often want to reduce the stress of homework for their children, and for themselves, by seeking our help.
- You provide support for specific learning difficulties: Some children have learning difficulties such as dyslexia or ADHD and require specialised support to help them achieve their learning goals.
- You will help them prepare for exams: Homework support can help children be better prepared for important tests and exams.
