Working at ProWurk means working with your heart! It’s only through genuine care and interest that you can make Hurdewurkers happy with a (new) job. We are Fryslân’s matchmakers, and we do this by combining technology with human touch.
At ProWurk, we have a flat organisational structure. This means we have no room for a management culture. Here, everyone works within their own role and takes on a commercial, operational role. So, it’s time to roll up your sleeves!
We offer you WURK at an innovative company. If you’re someone who likes structure and working within rigid frameworks, then we’re not the company for you! 😉 Of course, in that case, we’d be happy to help you find something else! Friday afternoon drinks, staff outings… you name it, oh no… You said it. We’re a Frisian-oriented company, after all.
We offer flexibility; want to leave an hour early because of the kids, or work from home one morning because a parcel’s on its way? That should definitely be possible. The rest of the time, you’ll work on-site to stay in constant contact with your colleagues and be able to react quickly. After all, speed is our speciality!
We’re not in it for a quick buck! Still, we’re a commercial organisation, so we love to make an impact! We do this in a welcoming way, whilst never losing sight of the long-term picture. We celebrate our successes and can cope with the setbacks that the current job market brings.
