The fantastic location in the heart of nature, right by the waterway, is of course unique in itself. What’s more, you really become part of the Pean family. Everyone is given the space to be completely themselves and is empowered to reach their full potential. There is plenty of scope for development and, alongside the tasks associated with your role, you’ll be given the freedom to do what makes you happy. For example, Jannie from the cleaning team often helps out in the kitchen, and office whizz Sven lends a hand with odd jobs around the grounds.

Furthermore, we try to coordinate working days and hours as closely as possible with your personal circumstances, in close consultation with you. Want to work during school hours in cleaning, or work extra in the summer and go backpacking for six weeks in the winter? Great, we’re happy to work with you to find a solution!
