Welcome to Sneek Orthodontics!
At Orthodontiepraktijk Sneek, we provide orthodontic treatment in south-west Friesland. We specialise in creating beautiful, healthy and functional smiles, using methods such as functional appliances, fixed braces and aligners.
Information: Learning & Working
With us, you will learn to treat your own patients. You will learn how to fit appliances and how to teach our patients how to use them. All of this takes place under the supervision of the orthodontist. So you’ll be working in the patient’s mouth yourself. This is often very different from the work of a dental assistant in a dental practice, where the dentist does the work in the mouth and you mainly have to hand things over. We have a place for a new intern every year. We’ve already helped train quite a few assistants.
