About Leeuwarden
Always on the move – it’s in our DNA. Through our three areas of expertise, we support entrepreneurs every day. We are fully committed to building long-term relationships with our clients. A fantastic business day at SC Cambuur, the annual golf tournament at Leeuwarden Golf Club De Groene Ster and our ever-popular interactive HRM workshops were therefore already on the agenda this year. We get a real buzz from sharing knowledge and connecting with our clients. When you know what’s going on, you can offer advice – whether asked for or not. That’s our strength.
A glimpse into our office
Our staff representatives (PV) also prefer to keep things moving. Fortunately, as we place great value on a good working atmosphere and team spirit. Through the PV, we regularly organise fun outings such as a GPS treasure hunt followed by a meal in town, but parties are also planned at a wider level. During breaks, we enjoy a convivial lunch together in the canteen or go for a walk. Fresh fruit is, of course, always available for you.
Office highlights
In addition to our core activities of accountancy and taxation, you can come to our office for a wide range of other services. We’d like to list these services here, as we’re quite proud of them:
- From payroll administration, occupational health and safety services, pensions and absence insurance to strategic HR management and everything in between, you’ll find it all in our comprehensive employer services portal.
- A separate audit division with 27 experienced specialists and young talents across three offices. This division handles all assurance (audit) work to serve and retain growing and new clients.
- A dedicated business advisory service for all matters relating to pensions and income. This includes disability and life insurance, business owner pensions and partner cover.
The same dot on the horizon
We consider transparency to be very important in the office. This ensures we all share the same goal. The Management Team (Harold, Chris, Marco, Richard, Berend and Matthijs) therefore organises a quarterly lunch every three months. We provide an insight into the figures, current issues facing the MT and planned innovations. Colleagues also regularly share stories from their day-to-day work. And of course, we always have some tasty sandwiches on hand 🙂
Anything else worth knowing?
At Omnyacc, enjoyment starts at work, but we also fulfil important conditions outside of work:
- You develop your skills through the Omnyacc Academy: we frequently share knowledge through professional consultations by discipline, even across branches. For our young talents, the Young Professional Day is organised twice a year. Study opportunities are always open to discussion.
- At Omnyacc, you are the director of your own future: you are given the freedom and trust to take on your role and manage your client portfolio. There is a high level of trust. You can also organise your private life as you wish. Flexible working hours mean, for example, that you can take your children to school.
