As the founder of MiesCatering, which specialises in unique dining experiences, I am passionate about creating unforgettable moments for my guests. What began as offering private dining and walking dinners for special occasions in an intimate home setting has since grown into organising luxury weddings and high-end events, both within and outside the Netherlands.
With a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach, I developed the 360° Dome Dining Experience concept – a breathtaking culinary experience that immerses guests in a unique, incomparable atmosphere.
Whether it’s a dining experience in someone’s home, a (large-scale) event or a wedding, I believe that anything is possible and work together with my team and my guests to bring their vision to life.
