Who we are
Metaalplus is a supplier specialising in the engineering and production of metal products and complete machines. Our activities at Metaalplus are focused on taking the pressure off our customers. We apply a unique mix of techniques relating to pre-processing, (robotic) welding, powder coating and assembly. Thanks to a smart and efficient work preparation process, we can respond quickly to the customer’s needs. Metaalplus has a professional engineering department that can optimise (new) products to meet specific customer requirements and adapt welding and assembly drawings into usable drawings for these departments. Our corporate culture is no-nonsense. This means that we do not place importance on status or hierarchy. However, we do believe it is important that all employees contribute ideas and share responsibility.

Sustainable employability of staff
The trend in metalworking is a shift from large batches for a few clients to small batches (customised work) for many more clients. This requires employees to adopt a completely different approach to their working methods. To support our employees in this transition, Metaalplus launched a programme several years ago aimed at ensuring the sustainable employability of our staff. This was made possible in part by a grant from the European Social Fund.
