JINC helps young people get into work. Every child has talent. That is why JINC works alongside businesses and schools to create a society where your background does not determine your future.
Through the JINC learning pathway, children and young people from primary school right through to further education institutions are introduced to a wide range of careers, discover which jobs suit their talents, and learn how to apply for jobs.
In the north of the Netherlands, JINC Friesland and JINC Groningen have joined forces. As JINC Noord, we operate in Drachten, Groningen and Leeuwarden.
At JINC, we are socially minded and have a flair for business. We call it ‘business-social’. Why is that so important? Because we all do our very best to reach as many young people as possible from socio-economically disadvantaged neighbourhoods, and to do so they need support from the business community. In other words: the more business partners we engage, the more students we can help move forward.
