Why do our people choose Hoekstra?
We are a stable Frisian family business. We have been in existence for over 90 years. The people at Hoekstra form a great team and are always there for one another. What’s more, everyone knows each other, even though there are more than 150 of us (men and women!).
Everything is well organised; you work here with modern and well-maintained equipment, not just the lorries (all fitted with tail lifts) but also the electric pallet trucks and all ICT systems, and we never compromise on quality. We are always looking to improve.
At Hoekstra, it’s the people who make the company. We value that enormously. We organise regular activities and we make sure to express our appreciation for our staff. This also includes the opportunity to develop yourself through education and training.
