Since 1998, Headhuntersteam has been specialising in the recruitment, selection, headhunting and secondment of talented technical, finance and management candidates at higher national and academic level! We are NEN 4400-1 certified and registered with SNA.
Founded in Groningen on the belief that work should be enjoyable. A truism? Of course! Yet we truly believe in this. Doing what you’re good at and enjoying it. Our guiding principle is to listen to the wishes of our candidates and clients. Our Northern pragmatism is in our DNA. In other words: being clear, keeping our word, working hard and, last but not least, ‘YES’, we are a bit stubborn.
We have since grown into an organisation with four offices in the Netherlands. Growth stems from ambition and a desire to excel in what we do. Not from a desire to be the biggest, but to be the best. We aim to make a difference every day.
As an intermediary, we are constantly striving to find the ideal match between, on the one hand, the ambitions and capabilities of our candidates and, on the other, the specific requirements our client has set for a particular vacancy.
Headhuntersteam has offices in: Amsterdam; Groningen; Leeuwarden and Zwolle.
