We connect, inspire and mobilise our network. A network of young professionals aged between 20 and 35, who by 2035 may well be in key positions in Friesland, helping to build a bright future for both current and future generations. That is why we are coming together now. At events, social gatherings and at the moments when important policy decisions are made. Because today’s choices will shape our Friesland in 2035.
We, as Generation Fryslân 2035, are responsible for the world around us. As young professionals in 2023, by 2035 we will be in all sorts of positions where we will have to make choices. That is why we are already deciding together where we want to go. We want to contribute to a better region and make an impact. And that starts by working together with the people around us. Fellow members of our generation with the same ambitions, with whom we can realise our vision for Fryslân in 2035. That is why, in the coming years, we will be working to connect, strengthen and activate our network. At key moments, we ensure we sit down at the table with a vision of the future and our core values in mind. We take these values with us to our employers, meetings and wherever policy is made. This document marks the start of our journey. A journey where we do not yet know exactly what the route will look like. But we know very well what our goal is, and we are committed to achieving it.
