Gasterij de Wâldwei is located just south of Leeuwarden, on the road to Drachten (Wâldwei).
Set in a converted Frisian stelpboerderij on the edge of the Himpensermeerpolder between Leeuwarden and Wergea, guests can enjoy the peace and quiet, the wide open spaces and the beautiful cloudy skies of the Frisian polder landscape.
The restaurant features a cosily furnished buffet restaurant, a welcoming à la carte restaurant, a large function room, and a multi-purpose room for group and family dinners, meetings and coffee breaks.
