Gaastmeer Design is a shipbuilding design and consultancy firm. For over 30 years, Gaastmeer Design has been serving its clients in all areas of shipbuilding design. These services range from the theoretical to the highly practical. From conceptual designs and theoretical calculations to inclining tests or fully detailed construction packages with production information and workshop drawings.
Gaastmeer designs vessels of all types and sizes. Among commercial vessels, the designs range from fishing vessels to passenger ships and from patrol boats to inland tankers, whilst our yacht designs include flat-bottomed yachts, ocean-going sailboats and comfortable luxury motor yachts.
Based in the heart of the Frisian lakes, our designers and engineers provide a comprehensive range of services for both yacht and shipbuilding. Quality and customer service are our top priorities, ensuring we deliver reliable and thorough bespoke work.
