Every property project starts with a vision. Driven by a desire to strike the right balance between the local environment, quality and return on investment, I look forward to working with you to bring your plans to fruition.
With some 20 years’ experience in the development, construction and management of social housing, I am keen to take on complex housing and construction projects. The restructuring and revitalisation of areas or properties have been a recurring theme throughout my career. In doing so, I always strive for effective collaboration between private and public sector partners. My motto is: A thorough process that respects everyone’s interests always leads to a successful outcome!
My services focus on area development and property management (planned economy and investment considerations). As a property manager, I focus on repurposing and property management, and I act as an environmental manager. Spatial challenges at the interface between ‘red’ and ‘green’ are of particular interest to me.
Through Fokkens Grondgoed BV, I act as an independent consultant and/or interim staff member. Where the work requires it, I collaborate with reputable parties from my network; always with a view to adding value for the client.
