'for different light' might suggest that FDL is merely a lighting consultancy. Nothing could be further from the truth. FDL is an electrical and lighting wholesaler. These three areas are closely interlinked and complement one another. This makes us an expert partner with a broad range of expertise.
Lighting Consultancy
Our certified (HVK) and professional lighting consultants have years of experience and can provide electrical installers, architects, local authorities, project managers and others with lighting advice, backed up by lighting designs and calculations. Furthermore, FDL is a member of the NSVV, an independent knowledge centre for light and lighting. The right to display this logo indicates that FDL’s professionals comply with and work in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Lighting Calculations.
Home Automation
Through continuous professional development, our staff remain up to date with the latest developments in electrical engineering, lighting, and building, home automation and lighting management systems. These are systems that will become increasingly integrated into our lives in the future. A development we cannot ignore, whether we like it or not. Would we ever have thought that smartphones would become so integrated into our lives?
Light and well-being
Another new development is the knowledge we are gaining regarding the influence of light on our health, productivity and well-being. We see it as our duty to draw your attention to this and to provide you with the right lighting advice in this area too.
The FDL team
FDL operates mainly in the north of the country and consists of 14 dedicated and skilled staff members. We believe in a personal approach and are happy to answer your (technical) questions in person at the counter or over the phone. Our professional staff know you and you know us.
