Dragt Wooden Structures Ltd is a company with nearly 45 years’ experience in timber frame construction. Since 1994, we have evolved from prefabricating complete timber-frame homes in various designs into a timber construction workshop.
We are a small company with direct, short lines of communication, and our motto is to uphold flexibility and quality as our top priorities. We supply both single-family homes and large-scale construction projects (in series) throughout the Netherlands.
Our company specialises in various prefabricated timber construction components, such as:
– prefabricated wall elements, curtain walls and load-bearing walls, clad or unclad
– prefabricated floor elements
– prefabricated roof elements, including truss roofs (hinged roofs), in various designs
– purlin box roofs
– dormer windows
– and all associated prefabricated components: guttering, flat roofs, knee walls, etc.
– complete timber-frame shells for residential construction and similar
Dragt Houtkonstruktie bv specialises in prefabricated timber structures in the broadest sense of the word; we can manufacture almost all types of prefabricated timber frame elements.
The people behind Dragt Houtkonstruktie bv are young and dynamic. They have a sound knowledge of construction and understand timber frame construction. Within our company, development never stands still when it comes to efficient production and creating a high-quality product, ensuring that construction on site can also be carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
We deal with concepts such as airtightness, passive construction, energy-neutral construction and sustainable construction on a daily basis.
Roof elements with, for example, an Rc value of 10.0 m².K/w are also no problem, nor are elements filled with a sustainable product such as wood fibre insulation suitable for vapour-permeable construction.
We typically work with a team of 25 full-time employees. Our clients range from small independent contractors to large, reputable contractors. Our products are supplied throughout the Netherlands.
