The Burning Baarch is an artisanal caterer born out of our love of cooking over an open fire.
Together with a team of permanent and on-call staff, we are passionate about providing catering for weddings, corporate events, parties and other occasions. We create new dishes and menus and explore the full potential of BBQ.
Our dishes are prepared on wood- and charcoal-fired smokers and grills, using the finest natural and local produce and ingredients. Flavour, aroma and experience come together in our dishes, which are prepared fresh from start to finish.
