Boomsma Shipping has been sailing the world for 57 years, and we do so with pride. With a fleet of ten vessels and two newbuilds on order, we continue to grow and invest in the future. All our vessels fly the Dutch flag.

Our international crew forms a close-knit team that ensures our ships operate safely and successfully worldwide. From our office in Sneek, 15 colleagues in the Technical, Crew, Quality and Finance departments work closely together to provide the best possible support for the fleet. We keep the lines of communication short, have lunch together and regularly organise fun team outings. This keeps the atmosphere personal, informal and close-knit – just as you’d expect in a family business.

Innovation also plays a key role within our organisation. We are constantly seeking sustainable and efficient solutions to reduce our emissions and thereby meet the expectations of our customers, partners and other stakeholders.
