Boer & Chef is a regional partner specialising in fresh produce. We strive to facilitate a well-organised and transparent short supply chain.
We are involved in every step of the process, from the source of the produce right through to its delivery to the kitchen. With in-depth knowledge of where and when our ingredients are harvested, we manage the entire process; from collection by our logistics department to processing in our cutting room and production kitchen, fully tailored to each customer’s requirements.
Our local network
Our network of over 50 local suppliers, mainly based in Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe and the northern tip of the Flevopolder, includes farms, market gardeners, beekeepers and bakers. This enables us to guarantee a wide range of high-quality regional products. Our close collaboration with local farmers goes beyond simply ensuring diversity in our range; we also support regenerative agriculture as much as possible.
