Brandsma senior, the grandfather of the current director Gosbert Brandsma, used to visit his customers every week to collect premiums. He knew them inside out and understood their needs. As the business grew, he remained the linchpin, thanks to his extensive network. That approach is still at the heart of our company. We know what is going on with every client and do our best to put ourselves in their shoes. That way, we can quickly take a worry off our clients’ hands if something is wrong. That is what motivates us.
Our philosophy:
