A good and fulfilling life for our clients. Alliade offers vulnerable people in Friesland a very wide range of care, including both basic and specialist care. Previously, we provided this through various care organisations (Talant, Meriant, Reik, Wil and Alliade opvoeden & opgroeien).
By pooling our resources within our multifaceted organisation, we can achieve more. We are making our care more accessible and supporting one another. As Alliade, we now serve as a single point of contact for:
- youth care
- care for people with intellectual disabilities
- care for the elderly
- work & day care
- social support
With 6,000 professionals across various fields, we focus primarily on what is possible. We help clients by providing good care and support. We guide them to make decisions as independently as possible. This also means exploring boundaries and pushing them to open up new possibilities. Together with clients and their loved ones.
We believe it is very important to gain valuable experiences and create new memories. Together with others. This boosts clients’ self-confidence and self-esteem. It gives them the feeling that they matter and can participate in society. That is what we are all working towards together!
Our care professionals learn from one another and, in doing so, look beyond their own boundaries. Together, they create space for new initiatives and developments in care.
