ALL41 provides a workplace for (young) adults who face barriers to the mainstream labour market. The work takes place at the Zilveren Maan campsite.
Mission
Every person is unique and has the right to a place in society. We believe that having a suitable workplace is part of that. All41 offers participants the opportunity to boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. Unconditional care and love for ourselves and for one another are at the heart of this. Personal development then comes into its own and leads to deeper understanding, a sense of purpose, happiness and success. We put this into practice through commitment, by prioritising quality of life, maintaining or increasing self-reliance, but above all through acceptance. Providing tailored support in a safe and familiar workplace.

Everyone is different! Our day centre/workplace is designed to ensure that every person is valued just as they are, with all the qualities and areas for growth they bring with them. We help people reconnect with themselves, rediscover balance and get closer to their core. Enjoying each other’s company in a spirit of reciprocity, learning from one another and learning together, but above all striving for a workplace where everyone can be themselves. Only then can you fully develop yourself and your talents. Not thinking in terms of pigeonholes, but connecting through trust to meet needs.
