Abiant Employment Agency is the largest regional employment agency in the Northern Netherlands and is part of Abiant Holding. We are one of the largest temporary employment agencies in the northern Netherlands and the proud employer of dedicated staff who enjoy working for us and our diverse clients. Holiday entitlement
At Abiant, you get 26 days: 20 statutory and 6 additional days. In addition, you can use your Personal Choice Budget to buy a further 13 (for full-time employment) extra days’ holiday.
Profit-sharing
Have we achieved positive annual results as an organisation? Then, as an internal employee, you will receive a profit-sharing payment. Have we also met the pre-set targets? Then you will also receive a cooperative performance bonus.
Laptop and mobile phone
As an Abiant employee, you will be provided with a laptop and smartphone as soon as you join us, so that you can work flexibly and remain easily reachable.
Hybrid working
At Abiant, we offer you the option of hybrid working. Working from home, at the office, or finishing something off whilst on the move? It’s all possible.
Group health insurance
Abiant has taken out group health insurance with Menzis and De Friesland. This entitles you to a group discount of 10% or 8% (respectively) on supplementary packages.
Group car insurance
Abiant employees can benefit from the group car insurance offered by ReduRisk.
Pension
At Abiant, we provide a good pension scheme. Abiant has taken out a defined contribution scheme, with no employee contribution required.
Personal Choice Budget
At Abiant, you are entitled to a Personal Choice Budget (PKB). The PKB includes holiday pay, ATV days and special leave. You can use the PKB to get more time off or money.
Travel allowance
You will receive an allowance for commuting (€0.25 per km). Depending on your role, you may be eligible for an (electric) lease car.
