If you change any information in the dashboard, you must always click the "Update Profile" button. This blue button is located at the very bottom right of the page.

As a company, you can post your job vacancies on WRK.frl/. You can create the vacancy in your company profile; it will then appear in our system as ‘pending’. The vacancy will then be approved, and once that has happened, it will be visible on the platform.

Every job vacancy has an application form that forwards applications directly to the email address you have provided. As an employer on WRK.frl/, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct email address in our system is kept up to date. You can check this and update it where necessary via your employer profile. It is also possible to include the employer’s email address in a job vacancy. WRK.frl/ has no access to the information sent by applicants and cannot recover lost information or information sent to an incorrect email address.

WRK.frl/ has the largest internship board in Friesland for both vocational and higher vocational students. Just as with job vacancies, WRK.frl/ can automatically post all internships on behalf of many employers. And, of course, employers can also post their own internship vacancies. Post a vacancy as you normally would, tick the ‘internship’ box, and your vacancy will appear immediately on the internship noticeboard (subject to approval). In addition, students can also post an internship request. Employers can view these requests and easily have their contact details forwarded to the student. It is then up to the student to contact the employer. WRK.frl/ has no access to the information sent.

WRK.frl/ does not have access to applicants’ details. We are unable to contact these jobseekers.

WRK.frl/ has no insight into responses to job applications, coffee meetings or other potential points of contact between jobseekers and employers. If a company fails to respond to a job application, a coffee meeting or any other form of contact, the responsibility lies with the company itself. It is always possible that an email from a potential applicant has ended up in the spam folder; we therefore recommend checking your spam folder regularly.

WRK.frl/ uses a job listing scraper. This scraper allows us to retrieve job listings directly from 90% of employers’ websites and repost them on WRK.frl/. Before we repost a job vacancy, we check it manually to ensure that everything is correct. We are continuing to improve this system so that we can scrape data from an increasing number of employers. With the scraper, you no longer need to worry about it yourself, but you can always choose to post job vacancies manually (as well).

We are unable to scrape all websites for the following reason:

• The website’s design prevents effective scraping.
• PDFs can sometimes be difficult to extract.
• The technical structure of the website is unsuitable.
• Scraping is often impossible for employers who offer job vacancies from third parties, such as temporary employment agencies, recruiters, intermediaries, etc.

Any employer in Friesland can create a free employer profile. You can do this via the link below under the heading ‘Sign up’.

Have you forgotten your password? You can enter your email address via the link below and request a password reset. If the email address you’ve entered is on our records, we’ll email that address containing a link to reset your password.

In the dashboard, you will see the ‘Profile’ heading in the blue left-hand column. In these profile settings, you will see the current email address for your account. If you wish to change this, you can do so by typing the new email address in the same field. Then click the ‘Update Profile’ button and the change will be applied. You will also receive an email confirming this change.

Using the Matchtool on WRK.frl/, jobseekers can answer a series of questions to see exactly which employers are a good fit for them in terms of corporate culture. Employers can enter their answers to these questions in their employer dashboard. This ensures that the initial contact between employers and jobseekers gets off to a good start, as jobseekers already know a great deal about the corporate culture and can see that it matches their expectations.

WRK.frl/ showcases, both within and beyond the province, why Friesland is such a wonderful place to live and work. Through personal accounts and factual information about living here, we explain why people should come to live in Friesland or choose to stay. The employer profiles highlight the many great and innovative employers in Friesland. And the job vacancies highlight the huge number of great jobs up for grabs in Friesland.

All employers listed on WRK.frl/ may only post their internal job vacancies. This means that recruiters, employment agencies and temporary employment agencies may only post vacancies for their organisations, for example for a recruitment consultant at a branch of a temporary employment agency.

Has a vacancy been filled, or do you want to take it offline before the closing date for another reason? You can do this yourself by following the steps below.

1. Go to your dashboard and click on ‘Job vacancies’. You will then see all the vacancies currently open at your organisation.
2. Click on ‘Edit job’ to edit the vacancy you wish to close.
3. Look for the following field: ‘When should the vacancy be taken offline?’
4. Change the date in that field to a date in the past and click ‘Save’. Your vacancy will be taken offline within a few minutes.

Yes, WRK.frl/ is free for employers, job seekers and students. Employers can create an employer profile free of charge, which makes them more visible to job seekers from within and outside the province. Job seekers and students can browse all vacancies, internships, part-time jobs, etc. free of charge without a profile and apply for jobs free of charge.
